Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. A 10-minute grace period is included for all appointments to accommodate for small delays. If you need to cancel, reschedule, or make changes to your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as no-shows, are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total.
